Our services

This site describes our link building, digital PR and related services. Paid work is agreed in a proposal, statement of work or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, price and timeline.

If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement applies.

Search engines change their systems often and weigh many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue result from our work.

Six-month link replacement

Every link we place is covered for six months from the date it goes live. If the publisher removes, changes or deletes your link during that time, we place a new link of equal quality at no extra cost. The cover runs from the placement date, whether or not you are still a client.

To claim, email sales@outreachdesk.com with the page and the link that changed. We check it and arrange the replacement.

The replacement does not cover changes caused on your side, for example when:

• you change, move or delete the page the link points to
• you, or someone acting for you, ask the publisher to edit or remove the link
• your site is penalized or removed from search results for reasons unrelated to our placement

Prices and information

Prices, examples, case studies and statistics on this site are general information. They can change without notice.

A price only becomes binding once we confirm it in writing. We work hard to keep the content accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or current.

Our free tools

Tools such as the domain age checker, index checker, broken link checker and cost calculators are free and provided as they are, without warranty.

Results can rely on third-party data and may be incomplete or wrong. Please check anything important before you base a decision on it.

Using the site fairly

You agree not to overload the site or the tools, or to scrape the site in bulk.

You also agree not to try to reach areas you are not allowed to, submit malicious code, or use the site for anything unlawful.

We may limit or block access where we see this kind of use.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, tools and code on this site belong to Outreach Desk or the people who licensed them to us.

You can view pages and share links to them. You may quote short passages with a link back to the original page. Copying, republishing or selling our content needs our written permission.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to websites run by other people. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Outreach Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, that arise from using this site or its free tools.

For paid services, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.
